Kevin Villont is our Senior Vice President of Acquisitions, spearheading our efforts in identifying, evaluating, and securing communities throughout the greater Midwest.

Since joining JVM in 2012, Kevin’s job responsibilities have encompassed asset management, facility operations, construction, risk management, capital projects, and commercial management. 

Prior to joining JVM, Kevin served as a Vice President at Cunat, Inc., overseeing the successful development of 22 multifamily and commercial properties. 

Throughout his career, Kevin has consistently developed and mentored his teams, ensuring proficiency in project management, renovations, acquisitions, and facilities management. His strategic acumen has been pivotal in transforming our portfolio through meticulous acquisitions, timely dispositions, and comprehensive operational strategies.
