James V. Madary II

("Jay") is the sole shareholder, Director and President of JVM Realty Corporation. After receiving his BS in Finance from Northern Illinois University in 1994, Jay worked for the credit department of U.S. Gypsum Company in their Chicago based corporate headquarters.   In 1997, Jay joined his father at JVM Realty as Vice President of Development and relocated to Indiana where he was responsible for the development, sale, and construction of two residential subdivisions.  In 2002, Jay returned to the JVM corporate office as a Director and shareholder with responsibilities as Vice President of Acquisitions and Executive Vice President.

 Steven J. Meyer

Steve is the Chief Financial Officer of JVM Realty. He received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana and his MBA in Finance and Accounting from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University. Steve joined JVM in 2005 after a 23 year career in finance at Baxter International where he spent five years as the Vice President of Finance and Operations for all of International.  During his last seven years at Baxter International, Steve served as Corporate Treasurer, responsible for the company's capital structure, interest rate and foreign exchange risk management, defined benefit and 401(k) investment management, and insurance risk management.  Steve is a State of Illinois CPA. 

 Daniel T. Nauert

Dan is the Chief Operating Officer of JVM Realty.  Dan is responsible for the oversight of JVM's five operating regions which include nearly 7,000 apartments in 25 communities.  In 1990, he received his B.A. in Business Administration from Monmouth College and has worked in real estate management for over 18 years.  Dan has experience in managing all types of commercial real estate including multi-family, office, industrial, medical, and retail.  Prior to joining JVM in 2004, Dan held a variety of executive positions including Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer with other real estate firms in the Chicago area.   Dan is a member of the National Apartment Association, the National Multi-Housing Council, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois.

Angela L. Fielder

Angie serves as the Vice President of Operations of JVM Realty.  Angie directs the day-to-day operations of JVM’s 25 apartment communities throughout the Midwest.  Angie joined JVM in 2001 and has held both the Property Manager and Regional Manager positions within the organization until becoming the Vice President of Operations in March, 2009.  Prior to joining JVM, Angie held a variety of positions within the multi-family housing industry with other real estate firms.  She received her Certified Apartment Manager designation in 2000. Angie is a member of National Apartment Association and Institute of Real Estate Management.

 George N. Nason

George is the Vice President of Investor Relations for JVM Realty. George received his B.S. in Engineering from Purdue University and started with JVM as Vice President of Acquisitions in 1997. He is formerly the CEO of Schweppe & Sons, Inc., a position held for 12 years, as well as Vice President, Administration, of Edward Don & Co, which he also held for 12 years.

Alan Englander

Alan is the General Counsel of JVM Realty.  Alan received his B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago and his J.D. from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan.  He has been a member of the Illinois Bar since 1990, and employed at JVM since 2002.  Prior to joining JVM, Alan was the Director of Corporate Real Estate for the Trammell Crow Company where he was responsible for all real estate transactions on behalf of the Baxter International account.
